Paramount Pickles Shine in Central Texas Fall State Championships 13U (AA). The Paramount Pickles showcased their skill and determination in the Central Texas Fall State Championships, extending their undefeated streak in pool play to an impressive 6-0. The team faced tough competition but relied on outstanding bullpen performances, timely hits, and a highlight-reel diving catch by Jaxon Rosenbaum to maintain their dominance. Bracket play brought heightened intensity, starting with a narrow victory over the Canes Senators SW team. However, the Pickles met a formidable opponent in the ATX Wrecking Crew during the semifinals, where their journey ended. Despite the semifinal loss, the Pickles are setting their sights on improving for future tournaments. This weekend also marked a milestone with Perfect Game introducing "Player of the Game" honors. The Pickles were proud to have Bentley Bauer, Jaxon Rosenbaum, and Aubrianna Berrum recognized for their standout performances. The team leaves the tournament with lessons learned and heads held high, ready to build on their success and come back stronger.

Control the Zone 13U (AA)
The Paramount Pickles put on a stellar performance in the **Control the Zone Perfect Game** tournament, finishing in second place after a series of hard-fought games. The Pickles secured four impressive wins leading up to the championship game, showcasing their talent and teamwork. In the final, the Pickles faced the New Braunfels Dragons. Both teams battled fiercely, and after five innings, the score was tied. This led to a dramatic Texas tie-breaker, where the Pickles gave their all but narrowly missed out on first place. Despite the loss, their resilience and skill throughout the tournament earned them a well-deserved runner-up finish, capping off a highly successful campaign.

The Paramount Pickles started strong in the **Going Going Gone** tournament, winning both of their pool play games with commanding performances. Their teamwork, pitching, and offensive power stood out as they dominated their early opponents, building momentum for the bracket stage. However, in their first bracket game, the Pickles encountered tougher competition and, despite a valiant effort, fell short, leading to their elimination. While their tournament run ended sooner than expected, the Pickles demonstrated their potential and determination, setting the stage for future successes.

Paramount Pickles Kicks Off Service Projects with Akins High School Baseball Field Clean-Up
The Pickles are thrilled to announce the launch of our community service initiative with a successful clean-up of the baseball field at Akins High School. This marks the first of many service projects planned by our program to support and uplift local communities.
The Paramount Pickles rolled up their sleeves to clear over grown vegetation, debris, remove litter, and enhance the field’s appearance, creating a cleaner and safer environment for Akins players and fans. The Pickles’ commitment to community service is just beginning, and we look forward to contributing to more local projects in the future.
